Tell us about yourself.

First, I am a citizen of the world where everywhere I go I can feel the beauty of the place as a home. I am a mother of three children and I am an educator. I have a vibrant character; an eternal optimist who never fails to mesmerize everyone around and keep on a hopeful smile. I enjoy my work because education is the domain that helps in changing the world and making a difference in the lives of others.

How would family and friends describe you?

A good friend of mine wrote this about me: Randa is a great source of inspiration and strength; she sets an example for others to follow. Her passion, dedication, and enthusiasm are contagious! You must see her around children. Her company is such a joy for kids and adults alike. A friend you can rely on in good and bad. What’s so special about Randa is that she never lets little frustrations set her back and always figures out creative solutions right away. What dazzles us the most about Randa is her thirst for life; an expert in leading a balanced, passionate life. Regardless of her very busy schedule, she manages to chase her dreams. She enjoys every moment and leaves an unforgettable impact on everyone she meets.

I am an early bird who starts the day by having a cup of coffee and then I already can’t keep track of time. I live and work in the DQ and I move between the school campuses. After work, I always try to chase the sunset on the walking trail and I wrap up the day with a family gathering in my garden.

What I like about the DQ are the greenery, nature, its people, and the coffee shops.

What is something you wish the DQ had, but currently doesn’t?
