Club DQ Living, in cooperation with Circle 3 Cafe and Dur Communities, held its third Coffee Talks on June 20, 2026, with the theme “Storytelling for Leaders: Lessons from the Theatre.”
Moderated by Palavi Kele, the session featured executive presence expert, creative producer, and performing arts leader Soha Khan, who shared how storytelling can strengthen leadership, build trust, and create meaningful connections. She emphasized that great leaders do more than communicate information; they inspire through authentic narratives that foster confidence and collaboration.

The discussion also explored what business leaders can learn from theatre and live performance. From commanding a room with confidence to responding effectively in the moment, performers demonstrate skills that are equally valuable in the workplace. Leadership, like performance, requires presence, empathy, and adaptability.
Adding an artistic touch to the event was a live performance by European cellist Ladiscello, followed by interactive conducting activities that illustrated how a conductor shapes tempo and harmony: a fitting metaphor for guiding teams and navigating life’s uncertainties.
Guests concluded the afternoon with light bites and refreshments at Circle 3 Cafe, enjoying meaningful conversations in its bright and welcoming space.
