This Ramadan, InterContinental Riyadh is reclaiming the spirit of a multicultural iftar celebration with its special seasonal offers. With many new hotels in the region, InterContinental is here to keep up with the competition and stay on the top of the market with their best menu yet.
The iftar evenings will be observed at the lavish Buraidah Banquet Halls. It will host nine different food stations, each delivering the most exquisite high-quality dishes of a cuisine. The stations will feature a seafood station along with stations of various cuisines like Mediterranean, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and Tex-Mex. The array of cuisines available ensures that everyone can find their favorites among the many items available and can also learn about and try new items. The dessert station will include delicacies from around the globe, starting from the locally popular kunafa to new additions like the Italian dessert Zucotto ala Fiorentina.
The Middle Eastern station aims to remind visitors of their childhood with authentic, comfort foods and also astonish them by reimagining traditional dishes with modern flavors.
With over 30 years of experience working across continents, Chef Denis Vecchiato has created this Ramadan menu to bring the world to Riyadh. The menu adds complexity to high-quality recipes in order to allow locals to taste beyond the usual. This menu brings more authentic traditional flavors from around the world, adapted to the local preferences and palate. The menu is made to be unique to the region bringing dishes not usually available so that visitors can discover and learn about new cuisines as they celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with their loved ones.
InterContinental understands that iftar is a family event. Hence, the kid’s corner station is introduced to ensure that the children will enjoy their visit. The station plays with children’s imagination by recreating fun cartoon animals and showcasing food that children enjoy.
