NEOM is set to achieve the boldest goals, among them is changing the future of media which plays a game-changing role in modern business and society development. After research and analysis of the best similar projects in other countries, the group distinguished main spheres to be developed so they can create a competitive and innovative Media Hub which will attract regional and global players and make investors eager to work with the project.
On August 1, 2022, NEOM’s Media Village was launched to deliver the project’s plans, ambitions, and achievements. NEOM’s media managing director Wayne Borg said, “One of the biggest misconceptions about NEOM is that it is in the future. It is happening now!” During this event, guests enjoyed a world-class show and luxurious party in a one-of-a-kind venue.
Attendees were the industry leaders, top media and marketing professionals, influencers along with management, investors, and participating businesses. The event showcased a live show performance, speeches from industry leaders, real film production demonstration, and other unique experiences that one can be involved in when they dive into the media production process.
Top companies were integrated in the project and the launch event to give the best experience and services to the guests. The catering was done by AHK-group which is the leader in food and beverage services and hospitality management sector. They include famous brands such as Spazio, Laduree, Zaadna, Smixin and others.
