A first look at CORE Spa shows the space is set to be a visual sensation: infusion of an earthy palette with luxurious contemporary feel, all designed to instantly relax visitors. Plush seating areas, calming treatment rooms, relaxation and tea lounges, have all been cleverly designed to offer instant Zen.
With a focus on more than just external improvements, CORE Spa concentrates on slowing down and focusing on you. Life coaching professionals are on-hand here to listen, educate and guide guests towards their results, all the while celebrating who they are. It focuses on four areas of wellness: weight management, peak performance, regenerate and appearance.
Whether guests are coming for a power hour of self-reflection in the lounges, or wish to take a dip in the vitality pool with adjacent Finnish sauna, ice room and a steam room, CORE Spa promises spaces for all occasions. More serious wellness aficionados can look forward to cryotherapy rooms with temperatures up to -87°C and MLX i13 Dome, the only one in Saudi Arabia where, an infrared sauna with cutting-edge detox treatment is taking the center stage.
MLX i13 Dome is a triple detox therapy, which combines advanced infrared technology with plasma and light therapy, providing visible skin rejuvenation and detoxification. This is followed by another highlight of the spa- the hydrotherapy suit. It involves a full body scrub, cocooned by a marine body wrap, a heated blanket, and a dry floating technique which takes you on a transcendent state of ultimate healing, calmness and tranquility.
The CORE Spa is a destination for treatments ranging from organic facials especially the “Soin Booster VIP O2” treatment for brighter skin, to full body treatments, massage therapies, Moroccan bath ritual , scrubs and wraps; where expert therapists will use rich, nourishing oils and cutting edge technology to remodel and reset the body. Enjoy a range of hair treatments, hair color and styling at the Salon as you consult with the exceptional blonde and curly hair stylist who will revamp your look and transform your hair with the wave of a hot wand.

The multi-wellness destination is curated for both males and female members providing total privacy with access to world-class trainers, amenities and services to become “The Best Version of yourself”. You can choose to take one day membership or full memberships where you can choose from a selection of services for him and her and curate your own program. Then, meet your wellness director and guest relations for direct consultation, who will customize your treatment selections tailored to your specific needs.
