This ice cream shop with a name meaning “my flavor” in Arabic is a concept with a purpose. Nakhati, a Middle Eastern brand created and run by women to encourage female entrepreneurs, offers premium gelato. They use regional and local ingredients in their premium gelato, which is made with Italian-perfected methods. Their 20 varieties range from classic flavors like Double Vanilla, Coffee, White Chocolate, Lemon Pie, and more to local flavors like Kleja, Zabadi, Mahalabia, and Mastic. Nakhati gelato is offered in cones and cups, as well as in a bun, combining hot (the bread) and cold (the gelato) flavors in a single bite.
