Fairmont Hotel Riyadh is bringing the term, ”open-kitchen” to new heights with The 365 Restaurant, as it promises a dynamic, memorable, and delicious dining experience.
Spanning a collection of nine international cuisines, The 365 Restaurant offers a gustatory journey that will last all-year round. This ambitious effort was made a reality through the leadership of Chef De Cuisine Adel Agamy, who conceptualized the restaurant as a series of open kitchens where chefs perform in their live cooking stations as if it were a theater and serve the requested meals directly to the guest’s table.

You may select any of the dishes from the Arabic, Japanese, Western, Asian, and Indian food areas just to name a few. At the entrance, the salad station and Mediterranean cuisine are the first to welcome you with freshly-made pasta dishes and pizza that’s baked in a nearby fire oven. Their Asian corner is also robust with bamboo steamers full of dim sum, a flaming hot wok and noodle dishes to choose from. The Brazilian Churrasco is not to be missed as their generous portions of rib eye, tenderloin and lamb chop options give their buffet price more value for your money.
Once you’ve made your choices, you may sit back at your table and let the chefs deliver the freshly made dishes for you. Meanwhile, their beverage station on wheels called the “mobile bar” parks by your table to prepare the mocktail of the night, courtesy of their trained mixologist.
The 365 Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet daily. It caters to both corporate functions and family gatherings, and even offers a chance for kids to play chef and prepare their own pizzas. It is a destination restaurant that aims to bring the flavors of the world all in one place.
